About Me:
I am, at the moment, a homemaker. Sounds icky, even to me but I do enjoy it. Keep the place clean, take care of the finances, and cook. I use to never cook but now I do. My husband and I are happier this way, no nagging him all the time and get to choose the meals, which are now healthier.
About the Website:
This is my first real attempt at a website. I have had others but always half attempted and I lost interest after a few months. This site will not be the same, I hope. Poetry will be for my own written poems and any sayings or poems that I like. In General Interests you will find my opinions on books I have read, games I have played or are playing, and anything else that I feel like commenting on. Crafts will cover my craft projects, mostly Crochet, some Weaving, and other stuff. I do, on occasion, blog, which will be found under… Blog! :-) Under links you will find the various website I go to, as well as anything else, that I think might be of interest.
Monday, July 21, 2008: Progress
I finished the poetry. I used what little of my poems I could find and a poem by Robert Frost. I do plan to add more, a lot more, but this is a begining. I have also hooked up my Blog and my photographs.
Sunday, July 20, 2008: Discoveries
I have discovered something strange, that I cannot understand. I choose Geocities as the place to put my website because I already had an account. So I load up the pages, images, and what not. Then I viewed the pages in different browsers. I have found differences but the biggest difference is that in Internet Explorer my page is all the way to the left. Not only that but it is all the way to the left only when I view the website from Geocities, this does not happen when I view the files from my own computer. This I do not understand. I have created accounts with Tripod and Angelfire to see how the site works with them. This is just strange. All the site addresses are:

Saturday, July 19th, 2008: Tragedy!
I have discovered that I have lost completely and utterly all my poetry. All of it! I may find something somewhere, perhaps, just maybe but I doubt it. I really do. I am not even sure when I lost them, I looked where I had always thought they were and then they were gone, just gone. Sigh.

I finished the front page (this)! I am truly impressed. I think it looks wonderful better than I had thought it would. I may need to tweak it here and there, as things come to my attention but it looks good. :-) I will put this aside for now while I work on the other pages, then after a week or so I will bring it out and look at it. Time will erase the finer details in my memory and allow me to look at the page with fresh eyes. This is true of anything, whether it be prose, craft, or a creation.
